Flockprint:
The flockprint is a high quality variation for labeling clothes. Its velvety and glossy surface looks very luxurious. At that kind of printing, the motive will be cut off a full coloured vinyl, so that only the motive will be assigned with high pressure and temperarure. The result is a few lofty. The comfort is high. There are no colour courses possible!!
Flexprint:
The flexprint is similar with the flockprint. A thin full coloured vinyl will be cut off and pressed with high compression and temperature on the clothes. The result is mat, flexible and flat. There are no colour courses possible!!
Sublimation:
The sublimation printing is a exceptional kind of printing. A special ink will be printed on a coated paper. The ink fuses direct with the clothes under extrem high pressure and temperarure. The results are high quality pictures, coulours. Brilliant and stiff.
Colour courses are no problem. The textile surface must have a concrete character.
So we only use high quality sportswear for brilliant results. Fast drying Sweatabsorbent.
Attention!! At all method it is recommendable to wash the clothes on left side!! It will make much more durability of your clothes!!
Please notice, that the max temperature to wash, printed clothes is 30° C
